Today is the last day of the month, I must have fell asleep under an apple tree or maybe I was still adjusting to being back from my cruise. For those of you who didn't know that I went on a cruise, I have to tell you that it was so much fun and you should try it if you haven't already! It really feels like your on vacation when you port out on the big boat into the deep blue ocean away from reality for a 5 night 4 day journey . I truly let go of all my daily responsibilities and only worried about what I was going to be indulging myself in on the cruise....food, shows, dancing, a little drinking, sleeping and more! The cruise line I took was carnival paradise, I was told this is a good starter cruise before you decide to go on a more extravagant cruise line.......if that was a good starter cruise, I'm looking forward to the next one I go on because I felt like a princess every day I was on that ship! Just a little advise, don't count calories and take the stairs everywhere you go!
As for November sneaking by me, I did enjoy thanksgiving with my family and I also really gave thought to what I am truly grateful for in my life today. I hope that you also gave thought to what your grateful for also besides an awesome massage from me....lol...only joking! ;)
Before tomorrow comes and we are in the hustle and bustle of the Christmas count down....please take at least 30 minutes a day to do something to relax yourself so you don't age yourself 5 years this month.....example: go for a walk, take a hot bath or jacuzzi, read a good book, write down your goals for the next day or journal about your day....have some hot tea or apple cider and sit out front of your house and observe your neighborhood....I have so many ideas, but you will have to be creative within yourself to what makes you calm. Please don't forget what the holidays are really about............spending time with the people we love, not about how much money we can spend! Everyone needs to pitch in and create a good atmosphere to create good memories with friends and family. Bake together, play games, have an outdoor activity that everyone can participate in and get a little exercise...or everyone agree on a family movie to watch and make some popcorn....get creative people and you will create sweet memories this holiday!
Look forward to seeing you for your next appointment........happy holidays, take care and stay warm & healthy! Hugs boost our immune system, so give plenty of them every day! XO
