Thanksgiving is almost here!!!

The weather is perfect, so get outside and enjoy it with friends and family! Yes it's that time of year that we all seem to indulge in all the baked goods a little more than normal, and that's okay as long as we are having balance with burning the extra calories we take in. If your not getting to the gym or hopping on your workout machines at home, get outside for some fresh air and exercise! Go for a walk, run or some biking...just find something to do that will help you burn off that unwanted holiday chunk!
