Sorry, I've been very lazy with my zen news......but very busy with the kids being out of school. Last thursday I went to Vegas to visit my family and get a little R&R vacation. I had no plans of going out, I just wanted to lay low. I get there and my sister tells me that she got free tickets to a reggae festival, so she took me on saturday......it was so fun, we had VIP and were aloud in this area where we got to meet the singers and did a wine tasting with cheese and crackers. It was an all day thing from 2pm to 11......but we only stayed for 4 of the performers, we got tipsy and tired from the wine and ended up going home a little early. That night, one of my girlfriends took me out to see this 80's band called the Spazmatics, they play at South Point the every saturday. They dress up like revenge of the nerds guys and sing all 80's music. Good times!!! The next day I had to go to the apple store in Cesar Palace to get my phone fixed and my sister and I ended up going to Dicks Last Resort on the strip......it was so fun, it's a restaurant where these guys are rude and treat you like crap......it was nice for a change !!! If you have never been there, it is a must do when you go to Vegas!!! So besides all the stuff I did, I managed to get some R&R and enjoy time with my family.
