Ok, I have a couple of things I would like to talk about........I just found out that the yoga studio I wasn't letting myself afford going to anymore is having this great deal!!! It's $49 a month for unlimited yoga for the first 108 people who sign up!!! I'm all over it today!!! If your interested, the name of the studio is Yoga Deva and it is on the S/W corner of Williams Field & Valvista.
Ok, the other thing I would like to talk about........I just found out in the past week that two of my good friends lost their fathers.......one just passed away last week and the other father passed away three months ago. I was thinking that these men are way to young to be leaving this world, and they could have prevented it....one was a smoker, and the other was a drinker. So I say, take care of your body, mind & soul..........and hopefully you will live a healthy and wonderful life!
MODERATION is also a good thing........
