Good morning, hope you all had a productive and relaxing weekend! If you are a weekend worker, I hope that you are doing the same on your days off......
So this weekend I went hiking in the superstition mountains and if you have never gone, you must go at least once. The cactus has yellow and purple flowers blooming off of them.....and the scenery around the trails is beautiful!!! I got a great work out, enjoyed the views and the breeze was just enough to cool me off the whole time. When I go hiking, I wear this little water pack, it's the best thing ever...it keeps my water cool and holds snacks, bandaids (just in case I get hurt), and my camera and phone, always go prepared....you will regret it if you don't!
Please call to book your appointment soon since I tend to fill up quick. But don't hesitate if your one of those last minute appointment people....I just might have an opening or a cancellation :)
I have to admit, I occasionally will call the same day when I need to get a massage....shhhhh, don't tell anyone :p
