Hi everyone......I'm teaching yoga tonight at 6pm. If you have never done yoga, don't feel threatened by my classes. I'm a new teacher with a very easy class to flow with. My classes are free, but I do accept donations :) This is the last month that I will be teaching Wednesday night classes.
