It's Wednesday!!! Today I'm at the mesa massage studio from 9am-5pm, then I am teaching Yoga tonight from 6pm-7pm in the mesa yoga studio (legacy martial arts)!!! Come get a wonderful relaxing massage to get you through the week, or just come stretch and unwind in yoga after a stressful day.
