Do yoga at home with your kids, this is my friends daughter...she is like 3yrs old and loves yoga! Just try a few poses with them so introduce them to the yoga world...they will love it!

MONDAY :)
I have an opening here at the office for a 5pm appointment........call me soon! Hope you all are having a good day, and I would love to see you at yoga tonight 7pm!!! Bring a mat and a friend! If you don't have either to bring, your more than welcome to borrow one of mine....lol! See you tonight!
